The Mongoose Logan 24 fat tire bike is designed to be ridden easily on a wide variety of terrain thanks to oversized tires for stability and traction. Fat tire cruiser frame geometry adds a comfortable but athletic riding position. The Logan is equipped with a supersized Beach frame with plenty of clearance to conquer any terrain with the 4 1/4 knobby tires. Alloy 4 wide wheel set with drilled rims and disc brakes for easy stopping, low rise handlebars for comfort and stability and 3 piece cranks, the 7 speed gearing rear derailleur make this the perfect bike to go conquer anything.

Not bad for what it is. It’s not bad for what it is. A mongoose fat bike. But very poorly designed. I get the “you get what you pay for”. But I don’t understand how a bigger chainring than should be on it (by far I might add) makes sense. Or 190mm hub spacing and 100mm rims on 3.8 tires.

Great Value for Beginners Bike is exactly as advertised. I can’t get the breaks to adjust the way I want them to, so I will bring to local bike shop. I’ve rented trail bikes here in the Northwest and while this isn’t a $1000 bike, it’s as good as any of the $300 – $400 bikes for a lot less. We pretty much ride beach and mild trails, so the weight doesn’t both us. Also, shipping was great, customer service has contacted me if I need any assistance. The only reason I’m taking it to local shop is because I need some misc…

Overall I’m happy with the bike Overall I’m happy with the bike. The only real complaint I have is that you can’t really adjust the handlebar height. The disc brakes don’t exactly stop on a dime, but that might improve with some additional adjustment. Comes mostly assembled and while not terribly difficult to finish, you do have to ensure you get the wheels straight and true for the disc brakes to engage properly.
